Xoti & Edér: While this may seem like full blown romance, it will never happen for Xoti and Edér no matter what you do and how you encourage them, they will not end up in a relationship. You may also notice your companions developing feelings towards each other: (But this may not even happen - see Xoti & Maia section.) Warning - possibility of relationship with Maia is cut off, if she asks you about her and Xoti being in a relationship and you encourage her to go for it. Watcher & Maia: Once again - all you need to do is to have at least +1 relationship with her and complete her personal quest (she will ask you to deliver some things somewhere) she will immediately ask you about a possibility of a relationship between you two. (Thanks for help with figuring out the quests, u/Malina_Misa.) I would recommend doing this as soon as available, since you need your relationship to 'complete' before end of the game, if you desire the most romantic happy ending. You can navigate that conversation towards the romance. Watcher & Tekehu: If you keep a good relationship with him (at least +1) and finish both main quest at Ashen Maw a second quest for Huana Prince (Motare o Kozi) he will immediately start 'testing the waters' on how you feel about him. Serafen is not interested in serious relationships right now. Watcher & Serafen: Once you have completed his personal quest (helping him with a search) you can flirt with him when initiating a conversation with him and have a casual sex with him, but this is purely entertainment for both parties and leads to not real romance, nor romantic ending. A recommendation to his personal quest: Do not try to go after it actively, rather work with Queen of Huana and she will rather quickly point you towards a certain tribe, where you will get the answers you seek. Watcher & Aloth: During one of the conversations with him (this will be available, especially when you follow his personal quest), you will have an option to, combined with good reputation with him and you not being pushy (give him his space) you will get this romance. Furthermore, a warning - possibility of relationship with Xoti is cut off, if she asks you about her and Maia being in a relationship and you encourage her to go for it. The result of her personal quest does not impact the romance between you two, but impacts Xoti's fate in general. But if you first accept and then break-up with her, remember that she can be quite possessive. Once you complete the quest by leading her to Luminous Adra and letting her do something with it (avoiding spoilers, you will see) she will - if you have at least relationship +1 with her - immediately confess her love to you.

Watcher & Xoti: If you have a good relationship with Xoti, she will comment several times during her personal quest (which relates to her having nightmares and hallucinations) on having 'untoward' thoughts about you. Especially Edér's personal quest, leads him to a place where he wants to focus on other parts of his personal life. Both of these companions are in such places in their lives, where they do not look for a relationship. Watcher & Edér / Watcher & Pallegina: Sadly these relationships are not possible.
